2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When creating an account on a7v7v, you agree to the following conditions:

• You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number and email address for account verification and communication purposes.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) by submitting valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Acceptable documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification.
• a7v7v reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or compliance with these Terms.
• Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your password with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Immediately notify a7v7v customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. a7v7v shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Do not access your account from public or shared devices. Always log out after completing your gaming session.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Policies

a7v7v supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency options where available. The following policies apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.00. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, particularly for bank transfers which may take 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• a7v7v does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300.00. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are determined based on your account verification level and transaction history.
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name. We process withdrawals to the same method used for deposits where possible.

• If a match or event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live (in-play) betting odds change continuously based on match developments. Odds at the time of bet acceptance determine your potential winnings.

a7v7v reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect:

13.2 Account Suspension and Termination by a7v7v

a7v7v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if:
